Principal Corner

"A little more like Jesus, a little less like me" - Zach Williams

Listening to Christian Radio, and the announcer said, “If only everyone was like me, we would not have all the problems in the world.” Being honest, I am sure all of us have probably had that thought at one time or another. Maybe someone wasn’t driving like we wanted, or was disagreeing with our idea, or some other thing that made us think, why can’t you just be like me. But if everyone was like us, the world would still be a mess and be sinful, because we are sinful. Instead of wanting everyone to be like us, we should try to be more like Jesus. Jesus’ life on this earth is an example of the life we should try to live our lives like. If everyone was a little more like Jesus the world would be a better place. There is a Zach Williams song in which the last line of the chorus is “A little more like Jesus, A little less like me.” So instead of wishing everyone to be like us, lets all try to be a little more like Jesus, the son of God, and a little less like me, the sinner.

classroom mentorship

Calling All Community Members: Join Us in Making a Difference at Trinity Lutheran School!
We are reaching out to you today with an exciting opportunity for you to become a vital part of our school's journey, one classroom at a time!
We are looking for parents, grandparents or members of the congregation that would be willing to help mentor and expand our student’s learning by helping with reading, spelling words, math facts, and many other subjects on a regular basis. We invite you to ask questions and come visit to find out which classroom needs fit where you feel you can help the most! We will provide a brief orientation and training so you know exactly what is expected! Contact the school at 507-231-6646 and talk to Wade or Jacqie!
